Shipping & Refund Policies

Miss Pretty Posh ships USPS domestic First Class 

 

The shipping method at checkout is NOT the processing time. Processing is how many days it takes for us to package your products and bring them to the post office; Shipping is how many days it takes for your package to get to you once the post office has accepted your package.

 

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (excluding pre-ordered products). Following the processing time is when we bring your package to the post office to have them shipped. Shipping is (on average) 2-5 business days in the U.S.A and 5-7 business days (on average) internationally. Please be mindful that during the holiday seasons & COVID-19 these may VARY!!

 

Miss Pretty Posh is NOT responsible for anything that happens to your package after it has left our hands and is in control by USPS and/or customs, natural disasters, air/ ground transportation delays, or any fees once your package has exited the U.S. Please make sure to double check EVERYTHING BEFORE placing your order including, name/ address etc.
